ï Establish and maintain effective employee relations
ï Conduct Induction / Orientation program for all newly joined employees as per the hotel standards
ï Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly
ï Maintain an up to date computerized database of all employees and keep the payroll system accurate at all times
ï Assist in the preparation of the monthly Human Resources Report
ï Assist the Human Resources Manager in the preparation of periodic reports as required and ensure that all official reports are sent on time
ï Coordinate with all Departments with regard to Human Resources related activities
ï Assist the Employee Welfare Committee in planning, organizing and implementing employee sports, social and welfare activities
ï Assist in maintaining personnel files for all employees in methodical and confidential manner and ensure files and other information are kept under strict confidentiality
ï Perform related duties and special projects as required
ï Ensure visa applications, requests and correspondences are sent to MOBH Head Office on time and keep track of following up regularly.
ï Ensure / update the employee documents expiry lists related to visas/passports / medical insurance / occupational health card are all up to date.
ï Supervise Staff Accommodation in terms of inventory of accommodation items, room allocation and inspection.
