Responsible for setting up a Holiday Home Company in Dubai company and provide leadership and management to the various departments.

Ensure to develop and upload new sales channels
Monitor incoming telephonic traffic and email reservations via marketplaces.
Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds while maintaining cordial relationships with all of them.
Co-ordinate with website developer, online payment gateway and banks as need be.
Yield management on properties ensuring that units are rented out with good ROI for owners of apartment.
Maximize occupancy keeping in consideration the annual rent of the apartment and the tariff offered by hotels nearby.
Be updated with market trends and special offers of other competitors.
Draft new offers and setup email marketing campaign.
Regular meetings with Management team to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Daily communications with Operations team and direct communications with clients..
Bachelors degree in hotels, business and hospitality management
1-2 years experience in a similar role in a Holiday Home Rental company.
English fluency must and Arabic considered a plus
Excellent communications skills- verbal and written
