Job Summary: The duties includes answering all the incoming calls, the visitors in a professional manner and directing them to the concerned officer. You will also be responsible to perform secretarial tasks.

Job Requirements: Ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate their experience and knowledge in the following criteria:
Bachelor / Diploma / Highschool
At least 2 years experience in the same field
Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organization and demonstrated ability to relate effectively to a diverse range of people.
Good organizational, multi-task and time management skills.
Sound judgement and decision making skills.
Good interpersonal relation and communication skills in English and Arabic is an advantage.
