Presently we have job vacancy in Dubai & Oman for one of the Leading Interior Furnishing Company.

Position: Sales Manager
Location : Dubai
Prefered Nationality : Eygyptian,Jordon,Lebanase

Job Description:

1.To identify & develop new business opportunities in B2B channel
2.Develop new business opportunities at B2B channel by promoting to new and existing Clients.
3.To establish / build long term efficient relationship with clients in targeted channel / market
4.Manage customers needs / expectation in line of company guidelines to ensure win / win relation
5.Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.
6. Approach new businesses with proposals.
7. Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
8. Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
9.Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel
10.Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
Manage clients / projects receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI
11.Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process
12.Oversee and manage corporate sales executives to achieve set targets
13.Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
14.Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues commercial, marketing, product supply & MRI to ensure efficient operation in terms of product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service
15.Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
16.Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.

Skills Required:

1.4+years total experience min. 1 out of in B2B channel
2.Excellent communication and presentation skills
3.Fluent Arabic and English
4.Excellent negotiation skills
5.Team player and ability to work with & through others
6.Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients

CONTRACT: 2 Years (renewable)
