1. Researching organisations and individuals (especially online) to identify new leads and potential new markets
2. Research, identify and make contact with the key decision makers
3. Carefully understand services offered by The Agency and effectively communicate our offerings to clients
4. Research Clients needs and objectives to create detailed proposal documents and sales quotes
5. Track new company launches, relocations or branchings and new projects through the media to convert leads to clients
The successful candidate should be qualified with a relative degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with international exposure and be well versed with current sales and marketing techniques. Demonstrates strong business communication etiquettes and knowledge of the Recruitment industry and its current events.
