-Liaise with Line Managers & Recruitment Executive regarding vacancies which arise, providing CVs for shortlisting, arranging interviews & collating documentation ensuring that the appropriate information is provided to those conducting the interview & the candidates attending in order to carry out an effective interview selection process.
-preparation of company policies and letters.
-Coordinate the on boarding process of all new employees ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place, offer letters are generated, visas are processed, paperwork is completed.
-Coordinate all probationary periods reviews & annual performance reviews documentation within area of responsibility.
-Prepare when advised any letters & documentation such as transfer letters, disciplinary warning letters, salary adjustments etc to ensure effective communication with the employee & other stakeholders.
-Advise employees of appropriate HR policy & procedure to address any concerns they have.
-Assist Line Manager in implementation of HR initiatives, collecting & analyzing information, advising managers of good practice in order to promote best practice & employee engagement within area of responsibility.
