Sourcing candidates from database, portals etc. for suitable Profiles
Screening / interviewing suitable candidates.
Preparation and release of offer letter.
Follow up with selected candidates till joining.

Effectively Managing New Hire Orientation for New Hires
Addressing employee grievances in an effective manner with a tracking mechanism
Conducting career counseling sessions and Ability to innovate and implement different methods to drive employee retention
Coordinate with the trainer, participants and managers.
Keeping Track of Employee Database
Update the manager regarding the employees performance.
To design, develop, upgrade and maintain strong and effective HR policies and practices.
