DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing manpower planning, resourcing process, offer management & coordinating with the recruitment consultants local / overseas to source talent at all levels in the Organisation.
Rolled out all HR policies during start of the company and updated regularly.
Contributed in development of Talent resourcing manual and HR Policy handbook and Implemented across all regional operations.
Managing performance appraisal system for all staff and workers for International business.
Conducted performance evaluation training sessions KPI (target) setting & review mechanism.
Managing compensation & benefit for 250 staffs and 700 workers across the GCC & Africa region.
Managed complete Human Resources database and created MIS for Management review.
Provided a consistent and effective employee relations advice and support in accordance with the
labor law and company policy.
Knowledge of labor & immigration processes in UAE, Qatar, KSA & handling disciplinary procedures, investigations & preparing reports.
Processing EOSB with EXIT interviews/surveys.

Experience minimum 10 Years 3 to 4 Years as a manager experience is must.
Should be MBA / MPA / HRS specialization in HR.
