ï Coordinate with the PRO regarding processing of visas, and IDs, and pursue best medical insurance for employees.
ï Communicate personnel & administrative policies throughout ERI.
ï Monitor the adherence to personnel & administrative policies and initiate amendments as required in consultation with the General Manager / Managing Director.
ï Generate memos whenever non-adherence to policies is ascertained.
ï Prepare monthly salary sheets and overtime as well as monthly incentives for personnel.
ï Prepare periodic management staffing reports, discuss and agree plans with the Country Manager or the Department heads on any personnel & administration issues.
ï Provide assistance to department managers on counseling employees.
ï Prepare purchase orders, general letters and emails according to documents approved by the Country manager or Department heads.
