Handling the end-to-end hiring process of the Global Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing of candidates using job portals, social media, references,
headhunting and work on relevancy of the profiles.
- Do delegence of the profiles.
- Phone screening
- Onsite Interviews and Assessments
- Create and send call letters to the candidates
- Update master report daily and monthly basis
- Track the date of interviews
- Followup's for the offer letters.
-Responsible for payment receivables.
>Assist the recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes and send appropriate paper/electronic correspondence to all candidates and vendors as required.
>schedule background checks and screening for conditional candidates. Manage and submit candidates
>Calendar management & coordination of interview schedules and special projects
>Draft employment verification letters, execute garnishment notifications and reconcile invoices
>Knowledge Verify and process payroll time sheets in payroll system for temporary employees is plus
