Recruitment Specialist Key Responsibilities

Designs, develops and maintains the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing, and implements appropriate best practices in the organization
Schedules interviews and ensure departmental heads give feedback on each candidate
Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviews applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions
Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Job interviewing skills
Managerial and leadership skills
Social media knowledge
At least two years experience in a similar role
Background in customer-facing business beneficial
Bilingual English/ Arabic
