Main responsibilities:¬†¬† Overseeing HR activities¬† & manage all HR functions including;¬† Policies & Procedures, Compensation & Benefit, Manpower Planning, Labor Law, Coaching, Performance Management, Training& Development, Employee Welfare, Labor Relations and Facilities Management. Setup of organisational structure and¬† succession planning
Competencies:¬†¬†¬† Post Graduate Degree¬† HR Management/ CIPD/ Master‚s degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years‚ experience with 3 years in Heavy Lift industry
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet and MS Outlook)
Knowledge in ERP system is preferable
Excellent interpersonal, communication and excellent English language skills (Arabic language preferred)
