The Senior Executive Recruiter will manage our overall recruitment strategy. The Senior Recruiter is responsible of HeadHunting as well as Source, Screen, Interview and Recommend candidates for temporary or permanent positions with client companies.
1. Responsible for the recruitment process delivery under the Manager.
2. Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment.
3. Mentor interns with the goal to convert strong performers into full-time hires.
The successful candidate should be qualified with a degree in HR or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of proven success in a "headhunting" environment. You should have a great eye for skills an appetite for perfection.
