o Lead the team for internal recruitment for lateral hiring.
o Lead the annual Campus Hiring drives for management & engineering graduates.
o Lead the on-boarding and Induction of new joinees
o Managing the performance review processes including Employee Coaching.
o Partner with Leadership team on building succession plans.
Employee Engagement /Employee Relations
o Introduce various employee engagement initiatives and conduct employee engagement activities in the organization.
o Handle and effectively address employee queries and concerns.
Training & Development
o Identify the training needs of the employees.
o Arrange for various trainings / development workshops for the employees
