NQTAT are company incorporation specialists that provide you with a full range of document clearing and consulting services across company formation, business set-up and management, for new and existing businesses based in the UAE.
The person will be working directly with the CEO. Handling various responsibilities and co-ordinate the running of the entire accounts and finance systems of the company.
Handle the full book-keeping and accounting documentation of the company from petty cash book, payment vouchers, cheques, ledgers, balance sheet etc. including filing;
Prepare accurate costing charts for the companys product range;
Prepare and analyze various financial and accounting charts for the company;
Prepare and analyze budgets, profit and loss statements and projections;
Reconcile various bank accounts in multi-currencies and maintain all banking records + handle all correspondence with companys bankers;
Oversee all Account Receivables and Accounts Payable and handle all outward payments and inward receipts for the company;
Prepare reports for the Directors and Sales & marketing Teams on profitability / cost effectiveness of various projects and sales promotion campaigns;
Handle companys staff payroll;
Handle all local purchasing Negotiate and finalize supplies of various locally sourced items, negotiate with local contractors and service providers for the company;
Recommend cost saving and improved efficiency measures to the company management;
All other normal accounting and finance responsibilities for a new company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
University degree (Bachelors or higher) in Accounting or Finance;
Candidates still studying to qualify as a CA or CPA with 2 to 3 years of Articleship will be given preference;
Minimum 4 to 5 years of work experience in an office in the UAE with similar job responsibilities;
Fluency in English spoken and written is a must (Arabic will be an advantage)
Proficient with computers Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Publisher etc) and other programmes is a must;
Complete working knowledge with computerized accounting systems such as Tally, Quickbooks etc. is also a must;
UAE Driving License will be a major advantage;
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritise, work under pressure and get the job done within the given deadlines.
