Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS etc..
4+ years extensive experience in software development in the Payment Systems industry.
Advanced knowledge and experience in PL/SQL development and/or project management.
Good knowledge in cards and payment system work flow.
Familiarity with Payment Systems message formats and file structures.
Experience in general use of source control and source code change management tool is a plus.
Knowledge in database design fundamentals
Proficient at Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Oracle.
Strong technical writing skills, and analysing code.
Analytical with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies and handle tasks of varying complexities.
Customer-oriented and technical leadership Skills.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills..
Fluent in English
Service Desk Triage initial assessment of client issues, evaluation of the resolution route and resolving the incident where they do not require a fix
Service Desk SLA monitoring
Analyse evaluation of client business requirements and advising accordingly
Assessing new client requirements and identifying the most appropriate technical solution
Release Management in respect of projects, compliances and fixes
Client Configuration maintenance ownership of client specific documentation
Project monitoring and risk assessment
Working days / hours:
5 days a week, from 08:00 AM till 05:00 PM
