Digital Specialist Job Description

End-to-end accountability for supporting the iCast/live events:
Schedule test sessions on host & remote locations (Prior to live events)
Ensures all audio / video equipment is in place and working at host & remote locations (i.e. Hotels conference room, Health Care Organization (HCO), etc).
Coordinate field force and 3rd party agencies to support remote locations when needed.
Lead the business client through the iCast planning, remote location booking and perform event by using a standard checklist document (iCast Checklist)
Ensure all stakeholders (MCM, procurement, brand managers, etc) are kept updated with progress.
Work closely with the ITBP, MCM and Business (i.e. brand managers) to collect demand.
Pro-actively challenge requirements and recommend digital solutions to better deliver business objectives.
Report, analyze, and solve problems as they surface.
Ad-Hoc daily/monthly training issues > educate brand managers on ways of working (support, training, location selection).
Identify communication, ways of working issues and feed in improvement ideas into the ITBP, MCM and brand managers.
Create and document case studies, best practices, training documents, as needed.

Ability to give trainings for end users about IT capabilities (i.e. iPad usage, Webex best practices, etc)
Basic understanding of technology
Good understanding on Webcasting technologies, internet connection, audio / video equipment
