We are looking for Executive PA who will work closely with CEO and CFO to help them make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks. She will be responsible for providing high quality executive personal assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the business

Roles and Responsibilities:
Answering and screening phone calls, messages and visitors
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Handling enquiries and requests
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Organize and schedule the speaking engagements, presentations, meetings, conferences and events
Schedule team meetings, prepare agenda and draft minutes
Take notes or dictation, writing minutes at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
Preparing papers for meetings
Drafting letters and documents
Preparing reports and presentations
Making appointments.
Ensuring visitors are welcomed and taken care before and during meetings.
Support to manage workload and activities.
Managing the principal's diary/calendar
Maintain privacy by keeping information confidential
