â¢ Provide professional consultation and support to management and employees in all generalist areas through a collaborative partnership with the HR Center of Excellence (COEâs), which will include Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Internal investigations, HR Operations and Legal.
â¢ Will be assigned by MENA Regional lead to investigate employee Relation cases, collaborates with internal stakeholders to determine appropriate problem resolution and implements regional remediation plans to ensure process improvements.
â¢ Informs HR teams of investigation outcomes and collaborates with them on follow-up action plans
â¢ Assist in the facilitation and communication of a number of HR Programs such as Performance Management, Annual Pay & Performance, Mgr Training, etc.
â¢ Hone professional maturity and authority to initiate critical conversation candidly at all levels within the organization.
â¢ Coach leadership relative to established administrative processes, to include progressive corrective action and disciplinary steps up to and including termination; pre-employment administration for existing and new business and all forms of LOA processing and documentation
â¢ Partner with the HR Reporting & Analytic team to design comprehensive reporting, analysis/trends and metrics that provide timely and valuable information for the team.
â¢ Lead and facilitate cross functional and global projects that may include, but not limited to program/process development, training, benchmarking, data analysis, etc.
KEY ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS:
â¢ Established working knowledge of many aspects of human resources, including but not limited to general HR policy and practice, leaves of absence, performance management, employee relations and post & pre-employment policy and administration.
â¢ 3+ years of experience of Employee Relations Investigations, writing legally sound reports, conducting employee interviews of witnesses, complainants and subjects
â¢ 3+ years of experience conducting Employee Relations Investigations with multiple countries and varying employment law requirements desired.
â¢ Has demonstrated ability to collaborate with leadership and resolve conflict in order to achieve solutions
â¢ Prior experience in the application of human resources principles across multiple client groups and markets
â¢ Proficiency in compliance, state labor laws and other regulations relevant to the business environment
â¢ Ability to handle high volume in a very fast paced environment
â¢ Experience in handling highly sensitive & confidential information
â¢ Excellent customer service skills, listening and understanding client business priorities
â¢ Minimum of 8 yearsâ experience in some combination of HR area of expertise and generalist experience
â¢ Self-directed individual with initiative, analytical and problem solving skills
â¢ Capable of working in a matrixed management organization
â¢ Flexible, team oriented, ability and willingness to learn and work through ambiguity
â¢ Excellent written and oral communication skills
â¢ Experience influencing all levels of leaders and employees
â¢ Strong problem solving capabilities, analytical skills with an aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends.
â¢ Advanced skills with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel
â¢ Must be MBA-HR.
â¢ PHR, SPHR, Masterâs Degree a plus
Must have 2 to 3 year UAE experience.
