Position: Female Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. Purpose: Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth functionality of work flow. Job Expectations: Handle telephone calls - receive, direct and relay telephone messages. Deliver excellent customer service, at all times. Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Provide word-processing and secretarial support. Assist in in-house marketing activities. Carry out instructions given by the office team. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Salary Package: Monthly salary AED 2,500 + Incentives + Conveyance.
