Interacting with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers/resolutions in a timely manner.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows network is a must.
Coordinating with external parties such as service providers, telecom companies and vendors.
Managing the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
Ensuring that companys IT assets are maintained responsibly.
Works with other desktop support technicians to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers and other related peripherals and software as directed by the Professional Services Unit Head.
Providing reports and analysis as required.
Assist in developing and testing of bnc's mobile and web applications
Supports in the rollout of new hardware and software across the organization.
Provide supprt for external clients regarding the website issues.
