2) Setup and coordinate meeting and conferences
3) Meet and Greet clients and visitors
4) Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
5) Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
6) Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
7) Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
8) Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
9) Supervises all administrative personnel

1) Excellent oral and written communication skills
2) Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
3) Highly organized and flexible
4) Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
5) Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
6) Maintains staff confidentiality
7) Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software

====Requirement====
1) 2 years or more related experience
2) Minimum: High School Diploma
3) Preferred: Associates Degree or Higher
