Answering telephone, responding to queries; greeting visitors in a professional manner and hospitality. Provide general clerical and administrative support, including word processing, note taking, filing routine correspondence, accessing email and basic reprographics. Maintain/update manual/computerised records/management information systems. Receive and distribute incoming mail/record and post outgoing mail. Maintain office stock and arrange ordering supplies. Check incoming deliveries and distribute as appropriate. To work within College policies and procedures
He/she must be able to build good rapport with the customers and greet the customers when they enter the office overall building a strong relationship with the customers.
