We are looking for Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating leads and selling IYCON solutions. The job scope involves assessing customers requirements to see how best IYCON solutions can address the same.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create, develop and implement sales strategies
Generate leads to ensure healthy pipeline
Access customer needs to determine best fit IYCON solutions
Create, submit tenders and proposals while ensuring that the submission is accurate and of high standard
Prepare and analyze complex and technical specifications of solutions
Ensure customer requirements are understood and communicated to consultants to ensure PoCs delivered is aligned to requirements
Present IYCON solutions to customer
Ensure target assigned is achieved
Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
Identify, analyze and implement new methods and techniques to determine sales growth
Analyze markets in order to identify new sales and business opportunities
Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results
Handle customer complaints related to projects sold and ensure customer relations are maintained
Handle promotional materials
Maintain good long term relationship with customers
Participate at trade fairs and other events
Handle both field and indoor sales activities
Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers needs and expectations
Provide customer services after selling the product or service
Provide customers relevant information about the products and services the company sells
Recruit, train and collaborate with sales representatives
Maintain and ensure CRM and other company systems are updated with accurate information.

Post Gradate qualification from reputed university is a must
MBA (preferred)
