- Engineer will be contacted when a ticket raised and he will have all details.
- All tickets are level-1 support.
- Engineer will have a brief knowledge on all projects before starting.
- Iqama transfer is not needed.
- Please DO NOT apply if you cannot attend the tickets on the agreed time with the user (during working hours)
- Strong knowledge about systems, operating systems, basic networking... ect.
- Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners.
- Basic troublshooting of IPads.
