Professionals with a proven track record of strong hunting & farming experience in accounts within IT Product domain, preferably in the E-Learning fraternity in the Middle East market.
Based at Dubai, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for exceeding sales objectives of the assigned territory by promoting and selling the e-Learning Solutions suites through professional solution sales techniques and building strong customer relationships.
The incumbent shall be reporting into the VP Global Sales & Marketing who would be based out of Bangalore, India.
Sales and Business Development
Sales cycle management from lead generation to contract execution and collection
Planning and Forecasting sales figures and creating a win plan against every account
Identify potential market in education and corporate domain
Identify & generate business from new accounts and existing accounts
Capability to open doors with CXOs
Provide Market intelligence to the Headquarters through weekly inputs that would help in evolving new penetration strategies
Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports and usage of CRM to upkeep the sales hygiene
Achieve revenue targets, build credibility in the market & gain market share
Demonstrate high level of integrity and trust within the organization, prospects and customers
Demonstrate ability to work with various support teams such as presales, products and services
Attend weekly, monthly , quarterly and annual reviews as required
Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.
Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication with the Headquarters and prospects / customers
Provide team representation and set proper client expectations
Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
Candidates with Engineering (CS/ECE/IT) preferred. MBA in marketing is a must
Knowledge of E-Learning standards and processes would be an added advantage
5 10 years of experience in IT software sales, Enterprise and solutions sales, preferably from E-Learning industry would be an added advantage
Exposure in Middle East Market is a must
Willing to Travel extensively within the assigned regions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, which involves the ability to articulate clearly to the various stakeholders at the appropriate time using the relevant medium
Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets
Experienced in moving opportunities through the sales cycle in terms of proposing, presenting and negotiating with C-level and other decision-makers
Should be able to work as an individual contributor
