Responsible for the Sales & Service operations of Zakka Multitec Iraq in Iraq.
Sales tasks: visit customers to propose Zakka Multitec machines and products, call customers to update them about their orders, receive and deliver goods, collect funds , amongst others.
Service tasks: conduct preventive, corrective, troubleshooting and installation services of industrial machines at customers factories.
Prospecting, visiting and finalizing deals with new and existing clients.
Maintaining relationships and continuous contact with prospects and clients.
Respond to any request from customer, colleague or supplier within 24 hours, to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain a professional company image.
Preparing Quotations and Reports.
Results, reports, forecasts and promotions to be discussed during weekly sales meetings.
Assisting customers over the phone at any time of call, even after work hours and during holidays, for any request.
Maintaining proper inventory of all items in the companys stock.
Coordination with local and international suppliers.
Presenting the company and its services in a highly effective manner.
Generating new business accounts and opportunities.
Collection of payments from customers.
Coordination of orders receipts and deliveries with Lebanon team, customer and suppliers.
Always available on mobile and email even during weekends and holidays.
Keeping company assets (building, furniture, cars and inventory) in good condition and clean at all times.
Handle petty cash expenses and bank-related functions.
Ensuring machines are running successfully after each service visit.
Prompt handling of Customer Complaints.
Safety precautions from electricity and hazardous materials.
Maintaining work area and tools in good condition.
Inspect received goods and report Non-conformities.
Travel at any time (by plane or car) to all cities in Iraq (Erbil, Baghdad, Basra) to visit customers and to Lebanon for training or meeting when needed.
