 Job Summary:
Responsible for the Sales & Service operations of Zakka Multitec Iraq in Iraq.

Sales tasks: visit customers to propose Zakka Multitec machines and products, call customers to update them about their orders, receive and deliver goods, collect funds , amongst others.
Service tasks: conduct preventive, corrective, troubleshooting and installation services of industrial machines at customers factories.

Daily Tasks:

 Prospecting, visiting and finalizing deals with new and existing clients.
 Maintaining relationships and continuous contact with prospects and clients.
 Respond to any request from customer, colleague or supplier within 24 hours, to maximize customer satisfaction and maintain a professional company image.
 Preparing Quotations and Reports.
 Results, reports, forecasts and promotions to be discussed during weekly sales meetings.
 Assisting customers over the phone at any time of call, even after work hours and during holidays, for any request.
 Maintaining proper inventory of all items in the companys stock.
 Coordination with local and international suppliers.

Responsibilities:

 Presenting the company and its services in a highly effective manner.
 Generating new business accounts and opportunities.
 Collection of payments from customers.
 Coordination of orders receipts and deliveries with Lebanon team, customer and suppliers.
 Always available on mobile and email even during weekends and holidays.
 Keeping company assets (building, furniture, cars and inventory) in good condition and clean at all times.
 Handle petty cash expenses and bank-related functions.
 Ensuring machines are running successfully after each service visit.
 Prompt handling of Customer Complaints.
 Safety precautions from electricity and hazardous materials.
 Maintaining work area and tools in good condition.
 Inspect received goods and report Non-conformities.
 Travel at any time (by plane or car) to all cities in Iraq (Erbil, Baghdad, Basra) to visit customers and to Lebanon for training or meeting when needed.
