Research Project Managers work in completing research and consultation requests for clients who are typically analysts and portfolio managers at institutional investment, consulting and corporate clients for the Middle Eastern & North African (MENA) market.
The Research Project Manager (Middle East & North Africa Markets) has the following primary duties:
Develop and cultivate long term relationships with current clients through diligent client servicing and long term client support ensuring client renewals and growth.
Maintain continual client outreach to identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
Oversee project life cycle (project submission, delivery of services, and follow up) to ensure project success, drive usage, identify and address potential client issues.
Research, identify, and recruit appropriate industry experts for customized client requests
Qualify by screening and creating bio profiles of prospective industry experts for client review
Build and maintain relationships with Industry Experts in our Network of Advisors
Arrange phone consultations and meetings between Network Advisors and clients
Identify market trends
Bachelors Degree required with a minimum of second-class honours
Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels, and sell the Network
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of the internet for research and alternative forms of sourcing
Ability to work within tight deadlines and high organizational skills required
Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
Adept at utilizing superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus
Ability to work the following work schedule:
Sunday Thursday 7 am GMT 3:00 pm GMT
(Sundays work from home)
