- Generate new business - research, reveal and generate new leads
- Consistently achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs through a combination of outbound and inbound activity.
- Managing designated territories to ensure maximum potential achieved.
- Manage individual travel budget to ensure ROI
- KPIs Phone calls, meetings, sales.
- Growing and maximizing potential revenue within given sales territories, shared as evenly as possible across UAE and then rest of MENA
- Accurately forecast and updating of sales pipeline

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified
- A base knowledge within Oil & Gas, Construction, Energy and Real Estate
- 2 years Business to Business Sales experience over the phone and face to face
- 2 year regional experience as a minimum
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous use of CRM eg: Salesforce
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Ethical sales attitude with heavy focus on matching customer needs with services for long term sustainable business.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strategic relationships
- Collaborative and interested to help others
- Excellent sales record consistently achieving targets
- Team player
