Visa Coordination & Employee Relations:

- Act as Single point of contact (SPOC) with PRO to monitor and maintaining up to date records of UAE visas, labour cards and emirates IDs.
- Coordinating with staffs regarding visa requirements & providing necessary documents to the PRO for further process.
- Creating and maintaining an employee files in both electronically (also in HRMS) and manually.
- Tracking each status of employees visa with PRO and updating to the business units & Heads.
- Informs management about feasible joining date of new staff based on labor approval.
- Schedules the appointment for medical test and emirates id of employees for new/renew visa.
- Arranging flights, visas, accommodation and transport for new employees and candidate interviews.

Payroll, Leave Request and Travel:

- Manage and process monthly payroll for entire staffs.
- Receives and processes staff expenses claim relevant to HR.
- Responding to queries regarding employee pay and leave balances.
- Receives and processes leave and annual ticket requests and ensures appropriate absence forms, medical certificates have been submitted.
- Arranging flight tickets related to annual leave, candidate interviews or Termination and prepares purchase orders when required.
Induction & Orientation:

- Welcoming new staffs to the organization by conducting orientation and providing with information on company policies and procedures.
- Updating information on new staffs with entire group and HR for the purpose of payroll and attendance.
- Maintaining employee information in databases and ensures appropriate modifications.
- Conducting Induction programs for new staffs and also assisting for opening new bank account.
- Administration of new starters and leavers such kind development and exit interview.
- Assisting with onboarding arrangements for new employees and exit arrangements for employees leaving.
- Periodical report of administrative duties such as maintain office stationeries and ordering perks for office canteen.
- Preparing debit notes to group companies to share the HR service expenses based on volume.
- Drafting letters and announcements including welcome notes, salary letters, NOCs, termination and resignation letters, as required.
- Assisting in preparing end of service benefit for leavers and collecting the amount from accounts to provide leavers while cancelling visa.
