We are looking for a Admin Assistant with minimum 2 years of experience in performs Documents controller and Office Support Activities for Multiple Supervisors.

Responsibilities:
 Coordinate all activities related to the documents control procedure.
 Input documents data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
 Generate the various documents control reports as required.
 Answer and Direct phone calls.
 Produce and Distribute correspondence Memos, letter, Faxes and Forms.
 Assist in the Preparation of Regularly Scheduled reports.
 Order office Supplies.
 Submit and Reconcile expense reports
