Managing and scaling up local organization, including hiring, sales and operations teams, implementing our operating model in all markets and pioneering sustainable growth from day one
Drive Sales in Dubai to grow operations, signing up new clients to expand the City restaurant base
Defining KPIs and continuously monitoring performance of operating units and analyzing improvement levers
Creating, managing and participating in action plans for country operatives to react to the market/competition and winning market leadership
Supporting central functions like consumer marketing, product and tech with specific market insights
Taking full responsibility for the P&L, including budgeting and forecasting
Sharing insights and lessons learned within the global leadership team
As part of the global leadership team reporting to the Regional Director.
MBA from Business School, Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or Law from top international university or Law School
Hands-on experience in business development and/or Sales in an International fast-growing company. Start-up experience preferred but not required
Experience within the Food and Beverage industry in a field sales or Business Development role
Truly entrepreneurial attitude, driven, restless personality and a strong desire for growth
Exceptional managerial and analytical skills with the ability to work and manage in fast-paced and dynamically changing environments
Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a bonus, with several years of working experience in Dubai.
