The HR Associate role is to implement human resource procedures by recruiting employees, conducting orientation sessions, maintaining employee records, applying HR policies, arranging for training sessions and preparing relevant data for payroll. In addition, the HR Associate will be responsible for following up on the administrative work resulting in from staff visa processing.
Human Resources Associate Job Duties:
Handles recruitment processes by screening, selecting and interviewing candidates for vacant positions. In addition to counseling and assisting managers in candidates selection.
Schedules enrollment tests by coordinating appointments.
Conducts orientation sessions to new joiners.
Supervises employees onboarding and exit procedures.
Handles administrative work resulting in from visas and residencies transfers.
Handles procurement per company policy whenever needed.
Provides payroll information to finance department by collecting and analyzing attendance records.
Submits employee data reports whenever needed.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Maintains accurate employees files.
Provides administrative support to employees and departments heads with relevance to HR scope of work.
Maintains employee confidence and protects companys interest by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains quality of service by following organization standards.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Conducts and analyzes exit interviews and recommends changes to top management.
Submits HR reports in an efficient and timely manner.
Arranges for staff motivational activities and events.
Maintains a solid professional relationship with staff and managers.
Attends to staff concerns and supports them for finding a solution in coordination with top management.
Acts as a liaison between employees, managers and top management.
Maintains a healthy work environment.
Handles other tasks related to HR.
