We are looking for an ambitious and driven Learning and Development Manager. This position will provide leadership and expertise to strategically implement training initiatives for all levels of the organization. The role will interact with senior management on a global scale to develop creative learning plans to meet the needs of the business.

CATEGORY OF EMPLOYMENT/CLASSIFICATION:

Professional experienced on Learning and Development / training and strategy, human resource management, system supports, systems design, system maintenance, e-learning development and maintenance, LMS management, programming, programme research and development and web designing and maintenance.
Provide strategic learning expertise to management to ensure impactful and efficient execution of learning and development solutions
Facilitate needs assessment, create development and functional skill learning plans, and manage training delivery
Develop instructional materials and maintain training records in the online learning system
Identify and manage external resources that meet the learning needs of DoubleDutch
Evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of programs through measurements of success
Engage employees through vibrant and entertaining training programs
Manage the learning and development budget
Develop a culture that enables employees to do the best work of their career
5+ years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in developing learning plans and learning strategies for a global technology company
Proven ability to collaborate with and influence partners, peers, leaders, executives and other stakeholders in developing solutions
Strong program & project management skills
Experience designing meaningful methods to track and measure program effectiveness
Experience managing and negotiating vendor contracts and relationships
Must have previous classroom, teaching, or presentation experience
Demonstrated ability to adapt successfully in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning experiences with excellence
Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position.
Partnerships with training vendors for in-house learning activities
Develop e-learning modules and LMS Maintenance using latest e-learning software from Articulate
Continuous research and review latest L&D practices
DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
No direct staff supervision.
Bachelor Degree in Information and Computer Science
MTa Certified Diploma in Learning and Development Practice CIPD Qualification, Diploma in Human Resource Management. Certified Professional Trainer (CPT) designation a plus.
Graduate degree in Organization Development.
A valid driver's license and acceptance by the Agency's auto insurance carrier required..

Must function well with minimum supervision.
Must be a detail-oriented individual with good organizational skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English required to interpret and relay job specifications, prepare reports etc., as well as for regular formal and informal communication with staff,
Has to be an integral part of growing progressive work unit, and contribute by creating opportunities for increased learning through training solutions thus creating a leadership pipeline for organization.
