This role includes but is not limited to the following:
Providing complete advice to clients about setting up businesses in the free zones, mainland or offshore, from company formation up to licensing and with the ability to handle free zone portals.
Prepare and arrange all documents and applications required for business setup and all types of visa transactions.
Handling various visa applications, employment visas, maid visas, family visas and freelance permits etc.
Handling renewals, liquidations and licensing amendments of freezone companies and drafting proposals for clients.
Knowledge of government regulations as you will need to provide advice based on current regulations.
Essential to do market research as well as marketing of the companys services through telephone calls, emails, online advertising, social media marketing, web posting and setting up appointments and attending business events when necessary in order to acquire new business for the company.
Have an excellent existing network within the industry and contacts to generate new business clients on a monthly basis.
Performing PRO duties when required
Liaising with immigration and all other government departments for the submission of documents and other related matters.
Achieve sale targets as set by management.
Must be proactive and keen to develop long-term growth within the company as the business progresses.
Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in Dubai in this line of work in order to provide top quality professional solutions.
Should be self-motivated and honest
Excellent written and spoken English and confident enough to communicate at all levels
Must have the ability to carry out day-to-day activities independently without the need to be micro managed
