Job Summary:
Our Client is a Multinational industrial manufacturer headquartered in USA and is looking to hire an Architectural Sales Manager.

The Architectural Sales Manager serves as the main point of contact in the construction market and is responsible for selling the companys products to distributors and contractors and putting the strategy to generate and close sales opportunities that lead to orders and increased revenues while providing the highest level of customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the development of business, including increasing market share, improving product mix, increasing unit volume, closing major projects while creating customer value and competitive advantage.
2. Identify new customers and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
3. Track new construction and renovation projects and develop an action plan to convert specifications to orders.


Requirements:
The successful candidate should be qualified with a relative degree and professional certifications. You should have minimum of 5 years experience in commercial building product sales field. Those with experience with selling Glass products will be given first preference. You should have a good understanding of architecture materials and building products, strong communication and presentation skills as well as computer proficiency. Previous experience of CRM software is a plus. Candidates speaking Arabic between 30 - 40 are the most suitable.
