Main Job Purpose:
Marketing Specialist main task is to assist the brand manager in performing his duties and responsibilities in the most efficient manner.
The Marketing specialist is responsible for developing strategies and objectives for assigned product lines in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and execution of marketing activities with the purpose of creating brand awareness and increasing the companys sales and profits.


Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing the annual brand plan & prepare monthly forecast.
Regularly conduct market and competitive analysis to understand the market, using those insights to assist in the development of launch plans and marketing plans designed to maximize product performance and drive sales.
Execution of all marketing plan programs.
Tracking and analyzing monthly sales & Customers Stock report.
Monitoring customers stock and Assist/ help in clearing ageing stock by planning various kind of promotions in coordination with sales team.
Prepare brand presentations.
Measuring and reporting brand performance, assisting in the development of new label design, package design, marketing materials and others
Participate in regular sales training sessions that are designed to inform and train sales staff in the company about products, marketing activities, and initiatives.
Receiving and responding to all sales requests about promotion, products, services etc., and other related activities.
Prepare a recommended price list and co-ordinate with sales supervisors for implementation.
Prepare a monthly sales report and submit to management.
Design weekly, monthly, and annual Marketing plans and initiatives
Develop and manage a database of key contacts including customers and end users.
Assists sales staff with marketing project requests.
Assist in providing products training to distributor sales team.
Co-ordinate with local advertising agencies to produce POS materials.
Ensure that MSL is always in stock with distributors by analyzing customers stock monthly tracking report and follow up on the same with customer brand specialist.
Design an attractive floor display for key outlets which should contain MSL and co-ordinate with sales supervisors for implementation.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
