Head and supervise the Operations, Sales and commercial aspects of the freight forwarding Business Unit.
q Responsible for Profit & Loss performance within the set budgets.
q Develop Commercial Strategy for the business unit, with key objectives related to profitability, market penetration, customer satisfaction, sales force efficiencies and effectiveness of new business, with product development.
q Represent and Negotiate contracts regionally and globally.
q Devising corporate goals, short term and long term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of these goals
q Manage customer contractual commitments to ensure compliance.
q Maintaining liaison with clients and customers to meet their needs and requirements in the best possible manner.
q Preferably a University Degree / MBA or professionally qualified in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
q At least 5-7 years experience in senior managerial positions in freight forwarding industry in KSA/Bahrain,
q Proven accomplishments Business Development and operations with Team Building ability.

q Excellent analytical negotiation & inter-personal skills with effective communication and relationship management abilities.
