Field Coordinator Job Description
Responsibilities
Briefing shoppers on individual client program scenarios
Recruiting for a specific areas and/or client projects
Contacting (by email and/or phone) and matching Mystery Shopper's to available assignments
Monitoring the status of assigned mystery shopping assignments
Resolve shopper concerns and problems competently
Explaining the role and expectations of mystery shopping
Carry out quality control checks
Monitor and supervise fieldwork
Communicate relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
Requirement/Skills:
3+ years of experience in a similar role (Mystery Shopping Scheduling or Field Recruitment
experience)
University Degree
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and follow up skills
PC computing and advanced internet experience necessary
Microsoft Office Suite (word and excel)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Able to work effectively as a Team player with remote scheduling staff
Ability to perform and meet urgent deadlines
Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
Attention to detail, follow through and initiative
Flexible Schedule (working off hours and weekends when necessary)
Arabic / English
