Provides a creative / technical service for clients to ensure successful advertising campaigns. This includes setting up, executing and monitoring digital campaigns (both banners and HTML emails).
Provides the clients and sales team with database information.
Co-ordinates and schedules the launch of HTML emails.
Works closely with other members of the campaign team in order to monitor and optimise live campaigns.
Post-campaign, ensures that delivery reports are completed for all campaigns.
Works with the finance and sales teams to ensure all necessary information has been provided.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
