ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
Position: Commercial Head - Digital
Function: Web/Digital Sales and Marketing
Reporting to : Chief Executive Officer
Job Purpose : Responsible for setting and delivering the future vision and strategy for the digital offering ensuring that the company positions itself as the leading provider of online marketing services in the region.
Responsible for developing and delivering successful strategies to maximize sales growth.
Successfully utilize Professional Selling Skills training to enhance overall sales volume.
Maintain direct working relationships with existing client base to support current and future business needs.
Accountable for achieving sales volume in assigned territory & defined deadline.
Handle transactions associated with supporting Sales business (i.e. follow up on accounts, paperwork associated with approvals, etc.)
Monitor and analyse dealer trend reports, backlog reports, rolling report and daily sales reports and follows up on Information gathered through these reports.
Communicate and liaison with Business Development Director, Business Development Management, and team.
Measure, monitor and achieve KPI's successfully for the team
