You can get next compensation package:
1. Net salary is 3175 5290$ depending on experience
2. Full expat package for you and your family valuable approximately 4300 $ (per one person), including:
ï¼ housing allowance;
ï¼ medical insurance as per Bahrain Law.
3. Other benefits:
ï¼ visa support;
ï¼ tickets annually to point of origin for candidate, spouse + 2 children (18 years old and below), End of Contract to point of origin;
ï¼ 2-bedroom fully-furnished apartment OR Housing Allowance: $1323 to 1984 (depending on status i.e. Single, Married + 2 children);
ï¼ medical insurance as per Bahrain Law for candidate, spouse + 2 children;
ï¼ vacations 30 calendar days per annum
Director of Sales & Marketing should have:
ï¼ 3-5 years in hotel field sales in the Middle East or Europe;
ï¼ at least 3 years 5-star hotel experience as Director of Sales & Marketing;
ï¼ experience is sales, presentation, negotiation, key-account & platform management.
ï¼ understanding the competitive market.
Also as an advantage will be:
ï¼ experience with IHG or in an International Chain;
ï¼ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Commerce or Marketing or another relevant degree.
