Assist in marketing tasks, social media and web page administration of a new and exciting concept to be launched soon.
Order office supplies
Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate team members
Maintain Office inventory
Track multiple office related budgets
Help plan company events and meetings
Schedule as needed
Create presentations for the executive team
Assist in other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
You have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, social media skills will be a bonus.
You have the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
You have excellent verbal communication skills
You have strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all level of management and staff
You have the ability to prioritise and take initiative to accommodate workflow
Bachelor�s degree preferred
