Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales visits
Achieve sales target in designated territory, grow market-share and penetrate new markets.
Promote the companys products and capabilities and develop key personal relationships.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product line.
Clearly understand all customer needs and expectations.
Ensure profit growth and expansion of products and or/ services,
Prepare quotations; invoicing and payment follow up as required.
Keep the sales leadership team and engineering teams informed of all market intelligence relating to competitors, products and opportunities.
Maintain excellent communications externally and internally including regular sales and monthly reports.
Collect customer feedback and solve customer complaints by investigating problems & developing solutions.
Perform all duties as assigned.
At least two to six years of sales experience in the UAE market selling products such as fuel pumps, flow meters, valves, flanges, butt weld fittings, nozzles, tank truck equipment, Camlock couplings, hose reels, petroleum hoses, pipes, pipe fittings, gauges, motors, compressors, dispensers, etc.
Experience selling directly to end users and/or distributors
Valid U.A.E drivers license is mandatory.
Own car or motorcycle is preferred.
Experienced in cold calling & sales visits and confident in networking and generating leads
Bachelor Degree is preferred. Technical background is a plus.
A database of customers and contacts relevant to our business operation all over the U.A.E & region.
Basic market and industry knowledge relevant to our business operation
Outstanding sales persuasiveness, analytical, conceptual & negotiation skills; initiative, and a strong team spirit
English is essential, Arabic language skills is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, and able to produce high quality results within time and budget constraints
Sets ambitious goals for him/herself. Energetic, enjoys a fast pace environment and thrives on taking on responsibility
