Conduct analysis on Corporate performance and produces corporate reports for distribution to Shareholders and COMPANY Senior Management Team.
This includes participating in the execution of the Balanced Scorecard preparation, budget and performance reviews performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly reports), as well as undertaking all activities related to the improvement of the COMPANY Performance Management System.
Develops and maintains economic and financial spreadsheets/models to facilitate quantitative analysis and assessment of COMPANY Corporate and Divisional performance. Undertakes ad-hoc quantitative analytical assignments as requested.
Produces the Weekly Reports, Corporate Monthly Performance reports and the quarterly Balanced Scorecard up-dates, in a timely and professional manner, for subsequent distribution to Shareholders and COMPANY senior Management Team.
Assists in the production of Board Sub-committee meetings reports and presentations for reporting of corporate performance in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinates and integrates the input from various COMPANY Divisions on the implementation of initiatives, systems and schemes related to the performance and efficiency enhancement as part of the organisation development function.
Performs other related or similar duties as assigned such as assignments related to corporate planning and/or organisation development as directed.
Coordinates work regarding SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with key stakeholders
Contributes to the continuous improvement efforts of performance management.
B.A. in Economics or Accountancy or Management or engineering or equivalent.
4-8 years experience in corporate performance management function ideally associated with the oil/gas industry and/or finance / and/or audit and/or consulting.
Strong knowledge of computer quantitative (Excel, Visual basic, etc.) and statistical tools and good standard of communication and presentation skills.
Good track record of projects delivery
Strong Consulting skills such as ability to develop models and methodologies, Strong Analytics and effective communication.
Strong Coaching skills
