.Undertake various functions related to document control, document archiving, document imaging and maintenance
.Receives and registers Client provided document
.Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers
. Maintains specifically assigned project database.
. Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
.Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittal.
. Performs document quality check in accordance to Company document control procedures.
.Manage routine administrative processes for the department such as: ordering supplies,
processing travel expenses, processing payments, and researching charges to
. Following-up responses, approval progress, action required under circulation from
various departments, both hard and soft-copy.
. Maintain a history of drawing at pre-tender and post tender revisions, minutes of
meetings, transmittal to and from contractors on electronic register.
.Control records of correspondences, contract documents, drawing, etc
