Our customer service team are the core of our business and the responsibilities are predominantly customer service based. We are looking for a candidate who is outgoing ‚ yet discreet ‚ and is comfortable and confident in successfully handling tight deadlines and quick turnarounds, and who is able to multi-task. Well-traveled with an understanding of concierge and luxury brands is a plus.
You will be expected to:
- Exude confidence and professionalism while in verbal and written communication with VIP clients, vendors and members to research, negotiate and present suitable experiences and solutions in an efficient manner;
- Communicate with the members via email & phone ‚ you will need to be quick-thinking and be able to work with tight deadlines while composing thoughtful, detailed and accurate communications;
- Be self-driven, creative and take initiative and ownership of their responsibilities
- Be a team player
