Positions-4

Job Description: 1. To ensure guests receive a warm welcome to the premises and providing a high level of hospitality, showing guests through to the relaxation area.
2. To assist in the booking of all clients,
3. To be conversant in the use of the companies telephone system.
4. To be accurate in till operations and cash-up procedures.
5. To assist manager with lock-up and cash-up duties and to hand over at the end of the shift.
6. Ensuring that all bookings are up to date.
7. To deal with complaints in managerial absence
8. To lead by example by high level of service, personal hygiene, appearance and general attitude
9. Provide professional advice to guests on the use of products and sales.
10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, through continuous product training and revision.
11. To assist other departments/ duty manager with any reasonable requests.
12. To ensure the reception area is clean and tidy at all times and well stocked.
13. To ensure relaxation suite is clean, tidy and fully stocked.
14. To assist in regular stock-takings as required.
15. To be aware of the company promotions.
16. To maintain the highest standard of hygiene an all treatment rooms and areas.
17. To assist in all Spa duties such as laundry, food replenishment, cleaning.
18. To attend to any other duties as requested by your manager.
19. To report any complaints or faults to the manager on duty.

Age Limit- 20 to 35 yrs old. must be a FEMALE.

Salary of 2,000 up to 4,000AED
