SERVICE MANAGER:

Responsible for all services required by the client and shall be the prime contact for SAFEGUARD PC for all matters related to the services.
Implement and maintain the customer service policies and procedures to ensure high level of efficiency and quality of service in adherence with S G SAFEGUARD Protocols.
Coordinate with the technical team of Safeguard for any technical support needed to maintain and update technical knowledge of pest control services.
Ensure effectiveness resulting in reduced costs such us proper chemical, materials and supplies usage.
Provide technicians the necessary education in basic entomology, material use and application, route organization, customer service and communications of S G Training Tools.
Motivate service staffs and keeping them involved.
Plan and monitor the execution of service on major projects.
Manage clients relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and any customers complaints and issues are appropriately resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.
Arrange regular meetings with the key customers to discuss service operations, problems, suggestions, etc.
Implement Customer Satisfaction Surveys and develop actions related to correcting service failures to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level.
Monitor the proper encoding of schedules into the System and ensure system back-up is done every day.
Coordinate with the Sales and Finance Departments for any issues and concern to achieve company goals and objectives.
Ensure that S G reporting system is properly implemented.
Ensure that all services scheduled during the day has been done or properly rescheduled at the end of the day.
Ensure that all reportorial requirements by clients are being done and submitted on a timely basis.
Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams.
Continuously propose improvement and innovations to the services in order to maintain quality service.
Report directly to the Managing Director.
