ï Responsible for all services required by the client and shall be the prime contact for SAFEGUARD PC for all matters related to the services.
ï Implement and maintain the customer service policies and procedures to ensure high level of efficiency and quality of service in adherence with S G SAFEGUARD Protocols.
ï Coordinate with the technical team of Safeguard for any technical support needed to maintain and update technical knowledge of pest control services.
ï Ensure effectiveness resulting in reduced costs such us proper chemical, materials and supplies usage.
ï Provide technicians the necessary education in basic entomology, material use and application, route organization, customer service and communications of S G Training Tools.
ï Motivate service staffs and keeping them involved.
ï Plan and monitor the execution of service on major projects.
ï Manage clients relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and any customers complaints and issues are appropriately resolved to the satisfaction of the customers.
ï Arrange regular meetings with the key customers to discuss service operations, problems, suggestions, etc.
ï Implement Customer Satisfaction Surveys and develop actions related to correcting service failures to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level.
ï Monitor the proper encoding of schedules into the System and ensure system back-up is done every day.
ï Coordinate with the Sales and Finance Departments for any issues and concern to achieve company goals and objectives.
ï Ensure that S G reporting system is properly implemented.
ï Ensure that all services scheduled during the day has been done or properly rescheduled at the end of the day.
ï Ensure that all reportorial requirements by clients are being done and submitted on a timely basis.
ï Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams.
ï Continuously propose improvement and innovations to the services in order to maintain quality service.
ï Report directly to the Managing Director.
