*She must be responsible in answering the telephone, screen and direct calls.
*She must know MS Office (Outlook,Work,Excel) and browse inetrnet if required.
*She must take and relay messages.
*She must be professional, flexible and greet persons entering office.
*She must be responsible in providing general administrative and clerical support.
*She must organize work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; initiating telecommunications.
*She maintains calendars for Managing Director and arrange meetings.
*She must able to prepare correspondence and documents.
*She must protects operations by keeping information confidential.
*She must maintain office files records. Secures information by completing database backups.
*She will be responsible in receiving mails and courier deliveries.
*She must monitor and maintain office equipment and office supplies.
*She must be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the office.
*Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
*Knows basic accounting but does not require to be an accountant (cost control).
*Knows hoe to handle office petty cash.
